Rider Assignment Policy

Riders may not be changed once the clinic has begun.

Riders may participate with multiple horses throughout the clinic.


Sept 25(Friday) - Trainer day - Reined Cow Horse $300

Sept 26 (Saturday) - Open to everyone - Reined Cow Horse $325

Sept 27(Sunday) - Open to everyone - VRH Versatility Ranch Horse $325


Lunches are included.

50% non-refundable deposit holds your spot

Remainder must be paid by Setp 1st.

Sponsorship Form- 2026 Clinic

Thank you for supporting our clinic. Sponsorship is $200 and includes event recognition and promotion. If you supply a banner or signage we will display it during the event. Contact Ethelyn if you need to purchase this at a discount.
